Foss Guitars Ltd. wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, If for any reason you are not, you may return the product(s) within 14 calendar days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your product(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: The request for a return must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: The product(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.


Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products

  • Personalized or custom-made instruments or other products

  • Items on clearance or final sale


How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to contact@fossguitars.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the product(s).

  2. Receive Instructions: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with detailed instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Ship the Item: You are responsible for shipping the return product(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product(s).


Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (usually 5-10 business days).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Exchanges
We only replace product(s) if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same one, please send us an email at contact@fossguitars.com and follow the return instructions.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
